Patricia Fleming

Now professor emeritus at the Faculty of Information, Patricia Fleming taught analytical and historical bibliography and book history in the master’s and doctoral programs and served as the first director of BHPC. Her research interests include all aspects of the material text and the circumstances of its production. She is the author of a series of bibliographies of early Canadian imprints and, most recently, project director, co-general editor, and volume editor ofHistory of the Book in Canada / Histoire du livre et de l’imprimé au Canada published in three volumes in French and English in 2004, 2005, and 2007.
